Last Friday, Just Add Water Street to Line the Streets of Historic Henderson at Water Street
Las Vegas, NV —Henderson-based Festival, Last Friday, Just Add Water Street, announces its official summer launch date that will take place on the streets of the historic Water Street District.
Beginning August 25th, festival attendees will come together in celebration of local live artists, various musicians, critically acclaimed chefs, and family-oriented activities that are encompassing of the entire Henderson community. This event is a not for profit event which will benefit 3 to 4 local area charities each month.
Founded in 2017 and as titled, it will be scheduled for every Friday of the month and encompasses all aspects of the emerging arts, culinary and performing arts in historic downtown Henderson at the Water Street District. More than 290,000 people now call Henderson their home which is why a dedicated festival for the community at the historic Water Street District, was a natural choice.
“Our vision was simple yet concise. Creating a sustainable community-driven event by celebrating downtown historic Water Street, which also gives back, has always been important to me,” said board president, Antonio Nunez. “I am a true local; born and raised in Henderson which is still my home today, so giving back is the natural, next step.”

It converges culture, commerce and authentic small-town sensibility with forward-thinking redevelopment policies carried out by the City of Henderson, making it the perfect location for the festival”.
The festival hours will run from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. but for the first event, there will be a special VIP pre-event starting at 6 p.m. for media, sponsors, and donors. General admission to the event will always be complimentary.
